Do you know if there is a book source for this practice?

This is 'Introduction'. I see books by Maya Tiwari, one is 'The Path of Practice: A Woman's Book of Ayurvedic Healing' but I don't see Direct reference to uttara vasti in the Contents, altho I'm still very interested in the book.

OOP, forget it! Just found it....just thought to look at the book:
"Ayurveda Secrets of Healing" and it's there....! Chapter 4, Ayurvedic Cleansing. This book looks great. The section 'Seasonal cleansing and doshas' caught my eye!
