thank you so much for your detailed reply. I really have to sit down and figure out what to do. I have been tracking my cycle days but not according to the moon. I will try and do that now. i think im going to continue with psyllium and a balanced diet. I have read that you have been to India numerous times, glad to hear that you enjoyed it, being born and brought up there myself. Anyways i will keep posting my progress on the forum.
