I, too have tried Bikram's for a little while. Must say I felt really energized from it, would wake up at 4:30 a.m., wide awake and ready to take on the world. But, like Janaki says, the air in the room can get rather heavy, quite frankly I could not stand the smell. Now I still do a few of Bikram's favorites, the rest is back to what I used to do.
