Yea, part of the reason I'm thinking of doing Bikram is to sweat out some gunk that I've accumulated from allergies and stress...figured it would be a good addition to some other cleansing that I'll be doing during the summer. I wouldn't mind dropping a few pounds too!
Anybody else? Has anybody done the Bikram challenge...6 days a week for 2 months?
