I have used Bentonite, and it is not that bad. I took it in the morning and at night; you kind of get used to it. It definitely helped me with the cleanup.
To help kill the parasites I have started using oil of Oregano. This stuff is potent; I bought empty capsules, because drinking it in juice or water is too strong. I have noticed die-off symptoms, eventhough I had been using Paraherbs by Michaels. I read the oil of Oregano is the best thing to use against parasites, particularly for Blastocystis Hominis.
