Has anyone tried Clarkia?

I am curious if anyone has tried Clarkia and if you recommend it? I want to do my first Bowel Cleanse but am trying to figure out which recipe to use. There seem to be so many and I am a little overwhelmed. Ahhh! I don't think I want to do the Bentonite, it sounds a bit gross. I also don't want to spend a lot of money either; Clarkia cost $31 for a 4 week treatment so I think that is reasonable. Anyway, any advice would be great! Thanks!
