The cleansing program that I used was a comprehensive three part system that was very mild and had no side effects. I used the 30 day program but they suggest 60 days for first time users with a 6 day break in between to fool the parasite (because they go into hibernation as survival mode against the invasion). The product that I used is called Internal Klenz. Its three components are the Internal Sweep, ParaNix, and Klenz Tea. Internal Sweep is a fiber and herb powder. The ParaNix is antiparasitic capsules. And finally, the Klenz Tea is a cleansing herbal tea and because of its good taste was the best part of the whole program.
