I am goin gon my first parasite cleanse. I have a poor renal system and not only that after I did Atkins I developed gallbladder problems around last Thanksgiving. Well in order to do the gallbladder cleanse, I am told I have to do a kidney cleanse first and before that, a parasite cleanse. Long story short - I am here now.

I am going to be parasite cleansing with my best friend, Cindy.

My mom and step dad and step sis have done it and did have critters coming out - eew - so this should be *fun* lol

Anyway - I have only done The Master Cleanse a few times but that is it. If I can drink only lemonade and cayenne for 13 days straight my first cleanse I am sure I can take some pills but the bowel movements are not going to be fun.
