When you kill off parasites they release pathogens living inside them, your immune system is probably compromised by the onslaught of bacteria released - that's why it's good to use a Zapper to clean up. I would say it's the result of a cleansing action. Everything gets worse before it gets better, dont get distracted by any healing crisis.
