Thank you, Charles, and others for your input. I love nuts and oranges, never suspected them....hmmm...
This is what I find helpful to do at first signs of outbreak. I put tee tree oil on the spot, makes it dry up pretty qickly AND usually takes the pain away. I also start taking larreastat (an herb)right away, available under the name Herp-Eeze. I don't get herpes coming back as long as I stay on larreastat( except during this cleanse now), but usually I don't take it longer than for 2 months, since no one is willing to tell me that it is safe to do so.... Well...
