It is clear that this anon biologist doesn't have any clue about fasting, cleanse, enema, etc. Nor abstract knowledge neither experience. Otherwise I think abstract knowledge without experience is a little lame, specially for cleanses.

This is a shame for the official "science" ....

I am going to start a 10 days master cleanse soon. I'll connect it with parazites cleanse (Colonix). I am slim, so I don't have any intention to lose any weight. Actually I except putting weigh on after this cleanse. I know that this happens by experience from other cleanses and procedures which includes no eating. I also know by experience that being on cleanse (being 10 days on master phase of arise&shine) where you don't eat doesn't necessarily mean that you loose any weight.
