I dont know who you are, but I see you didn't have the guts to disclose your identity (Which is a user name anyway).

I have been sick enough to educate myself and reply to people like you. I do know I havent felt this good in past 10 years as I have in the past 22 days on The Master Cleanse.

I am not on any diet. Read and learn. It's about FASTING. I am fasting. Next time you post a message, make sure you know the topic. And even if you dont, it doesnt cost you to be polite.
