Great post! I copied it and saved it with my fasting files!

I have always wondered about the coating on the tongue. I know that it is a sign of toxins being released, and have heard you know when you are done with the fast once your tongue clears up.

Does anyone know the Science behind the tongue? What is happening specifically? Why does the clearing up of the tongue signify that you are ready to come off the cleanse?
