I am really really moved by your caring support! Thanks for inquiring about my emotional well being! It has been a roller coaster for a while. To support myself, I have a daily routine of yoga and meditation. A few weeks ago, when it was really tough going, I would wake up feeling anxious and depressed day after day. Yeach! I then decided to get up instantly and do breathing exercises. It helps! And now I have you all reaching out to me with such kindness!
Thanks for warning me to go slow. And I will try to also get some professional advise. Although, I must say, from my own experience, I have come to not quite trust any one of them. No one has the whole picture.
