hello there. Yes, the Equisetum is Horsetail herb. It seems like pine tree needles. As far as Arum is concerned, if I were you i would have gone to a homeopath doc and give it a try (after having discussed the matter with him/her, and finding out the right strength.)But be careful.Although homeopath medicines are concerned harmless, some did aggravate my situation when I used them (immediately took some coffee to counteract the homeopath medicine's effect). Be careful. If it does't help, leave it.(I propose you to do so, because I do try everything to treat my UC (I am now on a parasite killing programme).Just try anything you can do. Finally you will find a permanent solution.Go on!!


P.S.Herbs (in they natural form) are too promising in healing chronic diseases.I' ll keep you informed of my situation(I'm now using some combinational homeopath medicines, some herbs(teas) and a few nutritional supplements in combination with proper diet) Tweet
