Re: anyone have experience with dr. schulze IF#2 cleanse?

tophat -- i am sloshing! i KNOW i don't want to get constipated so i'm guzzling h2o and herbal teas. amazing i haven't sprung a leak!

i just took my last dose of IF#2 for today, my second day (i wanted to take it earlier, but i got distracted reading on these forums, btw the archives have some good info). i have also begun adding some psyllium powder to my drinks. just a little bit to help move stuff through, since i'm not doing much solid food.

this morning, after my morning superfood drink and a little herb tea i had my one and only movement for today. but it was substantial. basically looked like the clay... hoping for some yucky stuff soon :)

i am having some light woozy feelings shortly after drinking the mixture, and sporadically throughout the day. it comes in waves. maybe because i'm not completely over the cough/cold... it kind of feels like detox, which is fine with me!

how is the master cleanse? i think i'm leading up to that one. but my next real goals are a parasite cleanse and a liver cleanse after that.
