anyone have experience with dr. schulze IF#2 cleanse?

hi all, i'm wondering who out there may have done the dr.schulze IF#2 bowel cleanse. i've been fasting, getting over a cold, so not much bm these days. he recommends being at a point where you're going 3 times a day -(i've rarely had the pleasure)- before starting on the IF#2 cleanse. i've gotten advice from one on this site to get back on the foods and get pooping before i start the cleanse. but i read here that someone is doing a p/b cleanse while fasting. this formula is p/b plus flax seed, apple pectin, slippery elm, marshmallow root, peppermint leaf & charcoal. will i be in trouble if i don't have enough food in my pipes? does anyone have advice for me? i SO need to cleanse! chomping at the bit here... thanks so much - you're all great!
