To answer your first question - "would you submit your favorite alternative remedy to be tested"- YES , I have several things I use , that the FDA says is "totally useless" and yet I have had favorable results. OK , I realise that is not proof too you , but if it works for me I'm going to use it no matter your opinion. Also the one has been in use for 100's or thousands of years (as has many herbal remedies , which would , using common sense , tell you if it didn't it work it would be forgotton by now , since it has some effacacy , it is still being used)and I would recommend it and would be more than happy to have it tested and proved one way or the other......the problem is the fda says , of no use , therefore will not fund any testing , even when applied for.....the fda has been submitted several reports of intent and has turned down and even threatened those that submitted (if you haven't figured out the fda is working for big pharma and special interests , you need to do more research.....and spend more time on curezone and several other sites) for review and funding........
#2 why don't you want purification........one , is to be natural , it should be used in natural form , there is also the question of synergistics IE;does the 2 or 3 or 8 minerals etc combined give you the the total healing or benifit or would just the single item , to break this down would be another10 to 20 yrs of testing......two , if it is purified , it would double or triple the cost , or whoever purify's the product , could add something and then apply for a patent and the cost would go up 400 to 500%......do some research!!!!........read Dr Andrew Weil ,Joel Wallach DVM , MD ,ND , and many many others.........invest in some books , you can buy used books from Amazon etc.....Rare Earths and forbidden Cures.....Trust Me I'm a Doctor.....Racketeering in Medicine.....read some of the reviews and look at the "other books they bought" listings.....then come back here and comment......I'll garauntee , you'll have a different attitude......I was a big skeptic until I was thrown from a horse and after 2 or 3 days I couldn't stand up or walk....my wife recommended a chiropractor , I thought QUACK , but she helped dress me and I went , in 30 min of minipulation and massage I Walked out Upright and I had soreness , but was explained the procedure and why , shown diagrams etc , I have now been going off and on for adjustments once or twice a year for 20 years. The one herb I recommend is Pao D'Arco for athletes foot fugus , was recommended by an elderly indian lady , after spending $60.00 on aftate, desenex , cruex etc , and for $6.45 for 100 caps of Pao , I took one cap after each meal and when got home , broke 6 or 8 caps in tepid water and soaked my feet , 20 min in , 1 hr out , 20 min in with new caps and water.....all the itching stopped and the oozing stopped...did 3 soaks for 2 days....and found complete relief....my feet to ankles looked like you just peeled of a scab.....all white and pink , but no ozzing , no itch........I also drink as a tea from time to time........
I guess my total answer would be YES , I would totally trust the herbs I use to show effacacy , at a lower cost and easier access then allopathic medicine without the side affects of modern meds..........Read some of the cures , anecdotes or whatever and try it -yourself- then decide.........I don't sky dive , but I don't tell everyone it's no fun or it doesn't work for excitement.......Richard
