I weighed 300 lbs in January when I started. On my first 10 Day Master-Cleanse I lost 15-20 lbs, but put about 10 back on right away.
In March I did 23 days and got down to 260 - a loss of 40 lbs. Since then I have joined a gym and work out every day as well as walk 3-5 miles. I have kept it of and continued to lose inches - 12 so far. I still use the Master-Cleanse lemonade as a replacement meal each day and have been doing the B&P shakes for over a week now.
Now that I feel the weight has stabilized and I have all kinds of energy, I plan on attacking the rest of the 60-80 lbs I still want to lose!
The best thing about all of this is that even though I am dealing with a lot of crappy stuff in my life - divorce and unemployment - my self-respect and self-esteem is returning along with my confidence.
