Thanks for the clarification.

Why I raised the question was that I read in some of the 5T sites that one should not do more that 21 times (strictly),I presumed in a day, say exercise one. From your clarification, I now understand that in a single set one should not do more than 21 times.

I am doing only one set a day and feel totally good.
