It's not the stretching that is the problem. It is the curling up my neck, to lift my head up towards my chest in #2 and in #4 it is keeping it straight as I table-top.
Both moves involve lifting my head up, thus working my neck muscles.
it this a common problem?
is this how it should be?
thanks for any suggestions
