5 tibetans


I have just started the 5 Tibetans and find I am having neck problems. I must be using the wrong muscles for #2 & #4 because my front neck muscles seem to be working too hard...or is this the way it is.....
also are these supposed to be done as fast as my fast breathing gets after 10 -14 repetitions or so????????
