But I am determined to have all the repetitions for all the forms in one shot...currently I have to split it into two or three repetitions, resting after a set of exercises...while I can do the 21...my form is bad at the end, and I am panting like I just ran a marathon...so I am trying to build my endurance, and have it go smoothly like the other sets of exercises...but I agree, you must go slow when building up...when I first started, I kept hurting my wrist which set me back...
