At first I was splitting the repetitions some in the morning and some later in the day...but later in the day after eating and stuff, I didn't usually want to do them, so I have just been doing as many as I can then resting and doing the rest...I can comfortably do 14 repetitions now, then stop and rest then do 8 more...since I want to build up to not stopping and because I am starting from the ground again...
