Start with the five exercises but do only three reps per week. Each week add two reps. Sometimes I stay at one level until I feel ready to add another two reps. If one exercise is too hard, let the numbers lag behind. I am up to 8 spins but am doing 13 of each ot the others....If I read this right, some of you are starting right off with 21 of each. No wonder you are exhausted. The book says DO NOT do this. Start with 3 and add two more reps per week.
