Try taking hot Epsom Salt baths on occassion... they will detoxify your system. Just add two to four cups of Epsom Salts to hot bathwater, and stay in as long as you are
able. Get out and allow yourself to air dry to cool off, lieing on a towel on bed or sofa. Then take a quick cool shower to rinse off salt and sweat.
