It is a 3% solution - some people are using the store bought for spraying or bathing. I actually used the food grade 35% and made the 3% using 11 parts of distilled water to one part HP in a spray bottle.

And no it does not dry the skin, to the contrary it leaves it nice and smooth. My dry heels are about 50% better since starting about one week ago!
