arnie, to rid the system of toxins, the bowel have to be flowing. congested bowels will only make a bad situation worse. curing begins at the core starting with diet and lifestyle, make changes and healing begins.

check out the MH forum, arnie, you'll find answers and explanations as to why. read and take in everything and then use what applies. don't see what your looking for, then ask. MH will answer your questions but don't expect a quick fix.

but ultimately, curing begins at the core and this requires reassessing lifestyle and foods eaten, then making neccessary changes so healing may begin.
