First let me apologize for signing in with an anonymous number, I didn't realize I had done so.

To be honest arnie, the only recommendation I feel I am qualified to make would be to suggest checking out the forums available on CZ, such as the parasite, bowel/colon, and liver forums and also the MH forum. Read through the FAQ's, the posts and then ask a lot of questions. You’ll find tremendous compassion and support within each forum. The damnedest thing is I originally came to CZ only looking for a bandage, a quick fix, as I only knew how to treat symptoms, but not a single member of any forum would give me my bandage, man, was I mad, lol. Instead, forum members suggested that I hang out for a while and read what others had to say, and since nothing else was working and I had pretty much become something of a recluse anyways, I accepted their invitations. And soon, I realized healing begins by curing at the core, which for me involved a change in lifestyle.
