I have hypoglycemia a result of adrenal fatigue. When your Sugar goes down you excessively sweat and have a bad odor as well with it. I read something that said your body is burning fat or something. As a result you get the bad odor because your body is trying to bring your Sugar into balance. Anyways I always know I have to eat when I start smelling bad. It's very embarrassing because I didn't have this type of problem for the most part except when I got pregnant (i found out hypoglycemia is a common occurrence in pregnant women as well.) The anxiety your feeling may be helped if you eat every 2-3 hours a healthy protein like chicken breast and mix it with a small amount of whole grain bread and cheese. That combo really helps me. On top of that I felt many times I was going to die from this and sometimes still feel that way. Pantethine 300 mgs 4 times a day prescribed by Dr. Lam for me has helped IMMENSELY or however you spell it. It works a lot better than pantothenic acid. I took pantothenic acid alone and felt a difference but did not make much progress until I took the pantethine. I didn't even always take the amount he reccommended and still made large steps forward in recovery.
