Basically, everyone has a cause of adrenal fatigue. Pyroluria happens to be one of the causes of adrenal fatigue due to the depletion of zinc and b-6. As you take more your #'s will come down and return to normal. Stress in anybody causes a depletion of zinc and b-6 (among other things) do read into it too much as a "condition" although it might just predispose you do excreting more zinc and b-6 understress. I would get some zinc assay to test your levels. Your probably going to need to take 200 mg or so (build up slowly) before it starts to build your stores, just test with the assay to make sure your not getting too much. I recommend probably 300 mg of b-6 a day for starters. It will probably be wise to get some p5p which is already converted b-6 that the liver does. (because some people have trouble converting it) and that can elimante the problem of taking too much b-6 and having neurological symptoms associated with high b-6. What are your symptoms. I had myself tested which I was a 10 and the reference range is a 20. My test indicated that I MAY have pyroluria that waxes and wanes. What was your number?
