Re: Howard Dean
i see not much has changed since my last post, except the
Webmaster has a greater presence, which is nice, since things have gotten personal before.
anywho, let me cut to the chase - we're less than a year away from either a new president (and the promise of a better future) or another 4 years of the same hate-inflaming administration. anyone is free to disagree until they're blue in the face, but that just goes to drive the point further. people can post what they desire - pro-bush, anti-bush - but when you're all alone and have no one to answer to and you're free to be completely honest, do you really believe that we're better off now than we were 4 years ago? that we're safer? that we'll EVER get rid of
Terrorism by being elitist and forceful and exhibit a "do as we say, not as we do" attitude? honestly? you don't have to answer to me, naturally, but you can't lie to yourself. so, who's gonna' make a difference in the end - dean? kerry? kucinich? bush? and by "difference", i'm generally referring to an improvement in economy, employment, welfare, foreign relations, you know, stuff that matters. but go ahead, attack me personally. call me a "liberal" or a "bleeding heart" or a "tree hugger". it's all music to my ears. by the way, lincoln was a "liberal" - if he weren't, slavery might still be part of our everyday life, and lincoln was also a republican. i may not be american, but i do know my history...
