Tried it with yogart today.....ended up throwing it out it was so awful. I am sorry but I cannot get this stuff down. I am looking for some capsules maybe that will help, time consuming but what the hay. Funny thing is I tried to give it to my pets and they wouldnt even go near it.....lol even the cats which normally like yogart.

Sorry guys I tried. I really want to keep taking it so if I put it in capsules at least I wont taste it.
