All those sound like great options!

Personally, since I can't stand the taste of the stuff (but wouldn't be without it for the world!), I order it here in capsule form (Southern Botanicals):

OR, you could just get it from Schulze, and then stuff it into empty gel-caps yourself. I'd rather pay the extra $$ and let someone else do the stuffing! :)
