Yummy Smoothies!
First of all Superfood tastes ugly at first (to most of us) but the good news is after a while that ocean taste will somehow be gone. I was told this when we first got our Superfood and I just could not believe it but it is true. So, drink daily and look forward to enjoying it...one day in the future.
We make Superfood smoothies every morning and we love, love, love them. This is what we do....
For 2 of us...into our Kitchen Aid blender
2 cups distilled water
2 cups frozen fruit, we love strawberries best but use melon, peaches, etc.
4 heaping tablespoons flax seed meal (I mill the flax seeds in our coffee mill) (be sure to start out with way less and work up to 2 tablespoons each).
4 heaping tablespoons Superfood.
Blend and sip through straw. Yummy and so healthy! The flax seeds really add yummy flavor. This is our breakfast each day.
