My girlfriend had all hers breech till she delivered. She had to have them at home unattended to avoid the unecessary cesection they tried to push on her. All the babies turned while she was in labor. One stuck a foot out, pulled it back in, then a hand out and pulled it back in and then came out head first. No birth injuries.

Just had a friend on line deliver a footling breech no problem at home.

It is possible, though not without risk. I just think there is more risk with a csection, so I'd go natural. Managed breeches are not good though. Hands off with gentle support, hands and knees or standing. Anyway you can also look up Vaginal birht after Csection. UBAC is unassisted, which is where most VBACs have ended up since the recent hostile birth climate.
