I'm kinda new around here (been lurking for months), but I just want to add:
If you were taking prescription meds for depression or anxiety and you stopped them abruptly when you started the IP, some of your panic/anxiety/etc can definitely be related to withdrawal symptoms from the psycho-pharmaceuticals.
If that's the case, just to to Google, type in the name of your med and the word "withdrawal"...and read the horror stories (along with the list of symptoms, etc).
Knowledge is definitely a powerful healer!
