Hello!

A year and a half I was on juice fasting for 38 days. Before that I had panick and anxiety attacks. I learned to deal with them very stupid way: I was stuffing myself with food. When I was full, I wasn't panicked anymore. Of course, I was overweight. When I finally decided to go on fasting, I found a help: every time, that my Sugar levels were down (it was in my head)and I would be shaky, I asked Jesus (and I am not some religious fanatic) to hold my hand and be with me, because I just have to do this. I also had a dialog with myself. When I was just before having a panick attack, I would say to myself, that this is not real, it is only in my head etc. This was just my way to go through with fasting. My first week was scarry, I was tired (again, because my thoughts), but I did it. Now, I am doing the second month IP and like I said in my previous letter, I am full of energy. Find something, that will help you, because fear is not real, it is only your body resisting to the good changes.
