Mny times during my cleanses and detox I have felt painc attacks or anxiety.
I also have said: Jesus please hold my hand. I tell him: I do not want to go through this alone. My love for Jesus has grown so much lately!!

I feel inmediate peace.

Other than that, I am not familiar with IP but I have done several cleanses.
