You are on the road to a wonderful experience. A couple of hints if you dont mind.

--The garlic if you are going to be drinking it, just thorough it into a juicer (peel and all)when you are ready to use it.

--I have beeen doing colonics for the last couple of months. It is more expensive but worth it. For 1 whole hour you can see what is coming out. I get it done by the machine that is attached to a wall. Very relaxing experience too!!

--In another one of your emails someone talk about Dr. Christopher products. He was Dr. Schultz's teacher.

--The one thing I havent done this whole time that I am getting great results is parasite flushing. I think what stop me it sounds so gross. I can't believe what has come out of me.
