Re: Incurables Program, Day 5, AM
Hi Donna,
It sounds like your doing just great. Keep up the good work.
Celebrate the peace, but don't get attached to it. For me, this work is about healing unto god. My own healing work has been a very beautiful experience. Sometimes I've experienced peace in one moment and huge releases of anger in the next. We never know what's coming. It's all part of the process. The challenge is to just be with whatever comes to us.
If you feel light headed, weak or start to faint, you can take some cayenne. Two herbs to always have on hand for emergencies are cayenne and lobelia. Lobelia is in case you go into spasms. Carry it for emergencies, but Lobelia is one that you may not want to use too much of right now for your particular condition. I'll explain this more in a later message.
Tinctures are most convenient to carry for fast absorbtion in emergency situations. Also, you can use the various therapies as tools and employ them when you need them. If your laying on the floor doing enemas and you feel all contracted and shutdown, it's ok to jump in the shower and do a few rounds of hot and cold. I like to alternate hot/cold showers with enemas.
Cayenne is also good to get your circulation going and heat you up. Also try a portable heater in the bathroom. You'll experience all kinds of hot and cold during this process.
Deep breathing is useful during enemas. So is telling jokes and laughing.
To experience enlightenement you need to perform the enemas while doing a yoga head stand. But take your time. It's a good idea to work up to that slowly.
questions from your previous message... The Aloe Vera will help the hemorrhoids. There are many things that can be used. Cayenne is actually helpful here, but an easy one to implement right now is to use a plaintain ointment to lubricate the area and the enema tip. Try the Dr Christophers plaintain ointment, available from www.herbsfirst.com.
