Sweet friends,
This is what I added to my program yesterday:
-worship music with no rock beat. I don't know why, but peace is very important to me. The house is usually quiet now, even with young ones. It's like my hearing is more sensitive. We have an aquarium, and the sound of the rippling water through the filter is soothing. There are hundreds of mature trees in our neighborhood, which is full of the sounds of birds. Rock music is just too abrasive right now.
-exercise. I took the puppy for a walk with my family last night. I made it down two blocks and back.
-massage. I ordered Deep Tissue Repair Oil yesterday from American Botanicals Pharmacy, but in the mean time used olive oil. I smelled like a salad. LOL Would someone suggest a how-to book on massage therapy? Please, no porn. I need to get some knots out of my quads.
- I tried the SF in a homemade vinagrette yesterday- much better on a salad than in carrot juice. I'll experiment around with salad dressings and pesto sauces and let you know if I come up with a winner.
I did my first High Enema last night. 3 regular enemas and 2 flushes with the bag. At first we were cracking up, it was such a funny scene. Two middle aged people sitting on the bathroom floor reading a book with enema paraphanalia all around us, saying "you want me to put what in the what-what?" LOL The directions in There Are No Incurable Diseases, by Dr. S were very clear, and everything was pretty "textbook," except for one thing.
I got chills and shakes. John had to put two blankets over me. We went really slow. It was difficult for me to roll over (dystrophy) so John had to help me. My legs were so weak, and I got a little light-headed. We were doing fine, but my daughter and fiance came home from work and it broke our concentration. We just couldn't get back into focus, so I decided to stop. I didn't have a cecal flush.
I was disappointed. I was hoping to look like Malibu Barbie after the enema and I didn't. I thought I was going to experience Enlightenment like they do in the movies and I didn't. So I took a hot bubble bath and washed my hair instead. I fell asleep during the massage. I woke up twice during the night to visit the bathroom.
This morning I had a Starbucks moment. Even the cold water pouring down my spinal column wasn't waking me up. I pushed through by fixing my hair differently and wearing some fun earrings. This morning's
Liver Flush with 5 tablespoons olive oil and 5 cloves of garlic actually tasted better than the first flush with only one of each. Go figure.
Oh- after peeling 50 cloves of garlic and puncturing my thumb in the process, I tried freezing the bulbs overnight to see if the cloves would peel any easier. Yes!
John came home from work just now. A very dear old friend passed away last night. She was a Great Lady- 84 years old. Cancer took her. Her name is Francis. Light a candle for her today, if you feel like it. She loved music, and loved her Jesus even more. Our loss, Heaven's gain.
Thank you all so much.
