2 parts Curaco and Cape Aloe Leaf. (If not available, use one part Buckthorn bark or two parts Turkey Rhubarb.)

One part Senna leaves and pods. (Start with one-half part)

One part Cascara Sagrada aged bark (Start with one-half part)

1 part Barberry root bark

1 part Ginger root, or Peppermint leaf, or Fennel

1 part Garlic Bulb, or Goldenseal root

1 part African Bird pepper, or the hottest cayenne or black pepper you can find.
