Hi! I am trying to find out if anyone know the exact proportions that Schulze uses in his pills for IF1 because that is the combination that works on my colon. Does he use 1prt senna or 1/2 part? 1part cascara sagrada or 1/2 part? Please help! I have tried several combinations but cant seem to get it exactly right.
