Southern Belle is right, listen to her. Also, when you call Dr. Schulze , ask for the newsletter about the kidneys. I would highly recomend a kidney flush so your kidneys can begin working optimally for the rest of the cleanses.

Sounds to me like you would benefit from a bowel cleanse, and then do the parasite protocol and then liver flushes.\
