HELP! Need advice and courage...

Hi everyone -

I have been visiting curezone for about six months and even purchased Clarkia (although have not used it yet) and also a zapper (use fairly regularly).

Anyway, I would like to do a flush but I am really scared. I have numerous health problems (chronic kidney disease, hypothyroidism, and chronic anemia (due to kidney disease).
Last week, I started having SEVERE pain in my lower, right side. My PCP decided to send me for a CT scan. The pain became so unbearable at work, that I drove myself to the ER (really thought I had appendicitis). ER did CT scan and also and external and internal ultrasound. The only thing they found was a small cyst on my right ovary, which I really do not feel is causing such terrible pain.

They sent me home with pain pills and told me to have a cholonoscopy. The pain became very severe the next day and last for two more days, gradually decreasing and eventually leaving on Friday night. Since then, they have come and gone intermittently but not as severe. I really feel like it is colon related. I have a lot of grumbling on my lower right side and feel like I have a lot of gas. Bowel movements have been sporadic.

I eat a lot of fiber and usually eat salads for lunch. I sometimes drink phsyllum husk with water in the am to help flush. Not sure if this could be gall bladder or what. Also, blood work done in the ER showed elevated liver enzymes and a virtual imaging scan done several years ago showed cysts on my liver.

Want to start feeling better, but not sure where to start and also afraid may make things worse. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.
