You can't do a "mini" flush because the flush couldn't get any more "mini". Honest!

As for getting rid of parasites first, it is *not* necessary. If your liver isn't working properly all your other healing efforts will be compromised.

Jump right in. You need to get started ASAP.

BTW Stool tests are completely unreliable (both for candida and parasites). It is not uncommon to require 11+ tests before getting a positive sample.

Look you have to give me a date when your going to do it. I'm doing one tomorrow night. Every night several people do one and they talk to eachother on the Liver Flush Forum . Its kinda like having a big family/support-network to do it with you. Its kinda fun!
