Well Garcia - I am still a bit confused about how to actually do them. I read that if you do not get rid of parasites before flushing this can cause problems. I have never actually payed out money for a stool test so I do not know if I have got any parasites (probably do however - as I have everything else!). Is there any way I can do like a "mini" Liver Flush before going for the full blown flush? Any thoughts before I make you promises I will be too chicken to keep?
