You really need to talk to a professional counsellor. There are a lot of community resources for this type of thing and you shouldn't worry about the cost, most of them are free for at least 8 sessions.
Everything that you feel is all related to the abuse, that's why you need to talk to someone so they can help you see how everything is connected. Jealousy, insecurity, being uncomfortable about things that are sexual are all normal for someone who has been abused, plus other things too. Please, please look in your phone book or online and find what resources there are in your community.
The sooner you get some help and talk to someone, the sooner you can have a happy and healthy life!
