Liver cleanse w/ parasite and colon cleanse while breastfeeding

Would it be safe to do all the necessary cleanses while nursing a child? I haven't been diagnosed by a doctor but as a medical professional, I know I have all the symptoms of gallstones. I had my first attack last week. I want to remedy this problem as soon as possible. I watch lap chole's(gallbladder removal)done in surgery all the time and I choose not to have this proceedure if it is avoidable. Please let me know what is safe for a breastfeeding mother to do.
